Last Christmas Santa brought me a spirograph! I’ve recently stumbled across a small dream catcher obsession I may have, and was able to mesh the two for this picture. Using a fine point sharpie marker, I started out with a spirograph doodle then drew the circles for the dream catcher ring.  Then came the strings, beads and feathers. I used watercolors and watercolor pencils for the feathers and background, all can be purchased here on amazon.

I spent a lot of time making sure that paint stayed in the center of the circle, but now I feel like it covers up the weave design a little too much.  I’m still trying to decide if I should go in and lighten the paint up a bit or if I should leave it alone.
